I described our 4th details in the previous post, the only change was our fireworks plans. We found out en route that there was a thunderstorm happening where we were going to watch the fireworks, so following behind the Andersons, we turned around and headed into downtown Charlotte hoping for the best. We asked around and happened upon some. So we parked in a store parking lot, pulled out our chairs and had a good view. The fireworks themselves were pretty good, and for a last minute plan it worked out well.
